Terms and conditions of sale.

These terms govern sales made on the Law Healer® by Rebecca FISLI website: digital resources from The Collection (workbooks, guides, handbooks, meditations, manifesto, packs), 30-day online challenges and individual sessions bookable online.

Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Law Healer® resources and support are separate from the law firm's advice and defence work and do not constitute a personalised legal consultation.

Prices are shown in euros. Depending on your country, the amount may be displayed in US dollars or UAE dirhams; applicable tax is calculated at payment.

Payment is made in one instalment by card, through a secure payment provider. No bank details are stored on the site.

The Réflexes de Rebecca offers « Se séparer sans être mariés » and « Divorcer et protéger ses intérêts » are priced at €99 incl. VAT each. Access is personal, with no set time limit. All published content of the purchased offer is available as soon as payment is confirmed and you are signed in, with no gradual unlocking. Each separate purchase, with no subscription, unlocks only the chosen offer and includes the published full and chapter audio, audio Q&A, extras and practical PDF sheets. This general legal information includes no appointment, document review or personalised analysis.

Once payment is confirmed, your member area is created with the email address used for the order and your purchase is available there immediately. An email lets you choose your password.

For 30-day challenges, a new day opens every 24 hours from the moment your access opens.

"Lifetime access" means personal access to purchased content for as long as the seller operates the website and online service.

The resources are written and recorded in French.

Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose performance has begun with your prior express consent and express waiver of this right. By confirming your order, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

For an individual session, you have 14 days to withdraw, unless the session has been fully performed before the end of this period at your express request.

Content is reserved for your strictly personal use. Any reproduction, distribution, resale or sharing of login details is prohibited and may lead to removal of access, without refund.

The content offers tools for reflection and support. It replaces neither legal advice suited to your situation nor medical or psychological care.

Data collected when ordering is used only to process the order and manage your member area, in accordance with the privacy policy in the legal notice.
